    1/1 times 1/2=1/2
    1/2 times 1/3=1/6
    1/3 times 1/4=1/12
    What is the sum of......
    1/1 times 1/2 + 1/2 times 1/3 + 1/3 times 1/4 +
    ........+ 1/9 times 1/10?
    (Hint:cancelling numbers)

    Hi Martin,

    Based on your comment, i think you really want me to do it. I think the answer is 9/10. However, how can we solve this question by identifying the pattern? What happens if we continue adding till 1/19 times 1/20?

    12x4=48 48+4=52
