ReplyDeleteIt is not the question of how much you scored, it is the question of how much effort you put in, and whether or not you did your best.

ReplyDeletebut if we cannot secure a place in that school without dsa, won't we feel hard coping with the homework there?

ReplyDeletei want dsa RV but my parents don't allow me to :(
ReplyDeletewhy?they should let you choose your own school which you like but of course not too lousy one(no offence)urm you ahve your own choice then you tell them that you want to dsa and then argue with them?
ReplyDeleteYue Ling,
ReplyDeleteSorry that I couldn't attend the conference as I have family commitment. Actually, I entertained the thoughts of bringing my 2 babies there. But it will be too troublesome.
I think I have missed out alot. So what did you all do during the conferencing with the Chilean pupils?
Shi Ting,
You don't have to argue with them. Just explain to them and do some reasoning what are the benefits of DSA. By the way, you don't have to worry about homework if you go to a good school. Going to a good school will push you to work even harder as everyone will be motivated there to perform well. If you need my help, let me know. Please remember to submit the things you owe me.
Oh, we came up with lotsa greetings in different languages, selected a few, and ching wei made the card( yes thank you so much ching wei, it was very well done!) We got choon kang to present it. They showed us a presentation on the earthquake too. Oh, and ching wei got to meet the pupil which she was communicating with, Marcella (I think it's spelled like that). and then other minor stuff... then we ended up having to do another reflection( why must there always be reflections after a rather fun activity!?) and pretty much the end. Well, it's still a pity to have missed it, after all it was our second conference!
ReplyDeleteWhen is our NE Quiz?
ReplyDeleteHopefully we will have another conference in June.
