    Shall means plan to, intend to: i shall go later. Will means you are sure to or determined:People will talk.

  2. shall is to think about it for some time, like I shall go to the library later. Will be it has been thought through and is confirmed, like, I will go to the libary today.

  3. Use shall in the first person and will in the second and third persons for the simple future tense:
    I shall sing this afternoon.
    You will succeed.
    He will stay at home.
